We are seeking to appoint an Early Years Leader with exceptional Early Years knowledge who will take charge of our Reception classes at St Michael’s and take a strategic development of the Early Years.  You will be able to flourish as both a practitioner and a leader with a supportive team around you and within a positive environment.

Joining our Senior Leadership Team and receiving support from our Deputy and Headteacher, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Early Years as well as having a role to play in shaping the strategic direction of Early Years in our school.  This is an exciting opportunity where you will be able to use your strong pedagogy and philosophy for Early Years, along with your creative flare and zest for learning, to lead our EYFS team towards become a beacon of excellence.
