A range of courses that offer our staff the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge that will support them to flourish and develop

Join us for one or more of the following personal effectiveness masterclasses. These sessions can be facilitated online or in person for 45 minutes, and can be run for teams at after school staff meetings, during team days or incorporated into other longer training events. Sessions also run in year based on waiting list demand.

 Masterclass in Resting Well and Energy Management

  • Learn more about the 7 types of rest and why sleep isn’t the only way to restore your energy
  • Understand the concept of habit stacking to create new wellbeing routines and rhythms in your day/week/month
  • Develop a personalised plan to change habits and build energy levels

Masterclass in Responding to Overwhelm

  • Understand what overwhelm is and how it differs from stress and burnout
  • Explore how your can respond to overwhelming thoughts and/or feelings
  • Learn a 4 step approach to managing overwhelm

Masterclass in Time Management

  • Understand tools and techniques to help manage your time effectively at work and home
  • Explore why organisation is so important to wellbeing and productivity  

Masterclass in Understanding Personality

  • Introduction to the Myers Briggs, 16 Personalities theory
  • Complete your own personality questionnaire
  • Explore how personality typology impacts how teams and relationships work
  • Develop your own action plan based on your individual personality

Masterclass in Giving Feedback

  • Explore the importance of cultivating strong feedback cultures in teams
  • Develop skills in navigating feedback
  • Understand why timing and clarity of message are important
  • Learn tools and techniques to give feedback effectively

Masterclass in Managing Difficult Conversations

  • Understand the difference between feedback and difficult conversations
  • Develop skills in managing conversations that are difficult in content or context
  • Consider the link between difficult conversations, emotion and belonging  
  • Learn tools and techniques to manage difficult conversations effectively
