Are you ready to make a difference to individual lives, supporting learning and community? We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Support Assistant to join our collaborative academy, which is centred around humility and respect. This is an exciting opportunity to join Tidcombe Primary School, in Tiverton, part of St Christopher's Multi Academy Trust.
Tidcombe Primary School is led by a long-standing and proficient Head, and boasts a ‘good’ Ofsted rating. It is dedicated to embracing the arts and physical education, to deliver a rich curriculum entwined with day trips, sports and a wide range of extra-curricular activities. As a school they are passionate about reading, and are currently working on strategies for improving mental maths for all of their pupils. Their values of empathy, aspiration, resilience, confidence and enquiry are embedded into the culture of the school, and they are well regarded within the community.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a calm and patient demeanour, who is committed to helping young people achieve their full potential. You will have had previous experience in working with children in a similar setting and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike.
