A big thank you to our speakers Sir Steve Lancashire and Jim Roberson for their thought provoking and inspirational sessions.  We learned, as teachers, we are crucial to the life chances of the most disadvantaged in our school. Through both simple day to day interactions, building relationships as well as a positive mindset we can make a difference to those children who most need it in our society and shape their futures.
