Meet Our Team

Rachel qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 and moved from the charitable sector to education in 2012.

As CFPO, Rachel leads on finance & HR, ensuring the teams work in collaboration across the Trust and that the work undertaken is supportive and adds value against our priorities. Rachel is passionate about education and with the team, ensures the values and ethos of the Trust become inherent in who we are and how we work. Rachel is an active member of a local Baptist church, and lives with her husband and two children.
