Position 1: Teaching Assistant – Level 3
Contract Term: Fixed Term until 31st August 2023 with the possibility to extend
Salary: Grade SC Level 3 – SCP 6-9 Actual salary £9,318 (FTE £20,043)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Position 2: Teaching Assistant – Level 2
Contract Term: Permanent
Salary: Grade SC Level 2 – SCP 3-5 Actual salary £7,134 (FTE £18,887)
Hours: 16.25 hours per week
Both are Term Time only: 39 weeks per year
Start Dates: As soon as possible
We have a vacancy for two passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our inclusive school. You will have previous experience working with children within the Early Years and Foundation Stage and are able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike. Working in partnership with the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom assisting pupils to learn and reach their full potential. This role may include some whole class cover and this will be paid at an enhanced rate for those hours worked. If you have high expectations and understanding of behaviour of all pupils, experience of delivering interventions for children and can create and maintain a purposeful learning environment we would welcome your application to be part of our successful and hardworking team.
