Contract Term: Fixed term until 31st August 2022 (Due to funding)
Salary Grade: - SC Level 2 – NJC Points 3 -5. Starting salary FTE £18,562 - £19,312
Hours: Part time or Full time. Please state your preference upon applying
Term Time only - 39 weeks per annum.
St Matthew's Church of England Primary and Nursery Academy are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who will be able to support our children with their learning. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a difference to the provision and development of our pupils.

You will have had previous experience in working with children in a similar setting preferably within KS2 and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike. Working in partnership with the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom assisting pupils to learn and reach their full potential. If you have high expectations and understanding of behaviour of all pupils, experience of delivering interventions for children and can create and maintain a purposeful learning environment we would welcome your application to be part of our successful and hardworking team.
