Are you an experienced school administrator, passionate about ensuring schools deliver the best service for their pupils, families and the staff? Are you ready to lead the administrative function in the schools, supporting all the services relating to pupils in the school office?

Old Priory Junior School and Plympton St Mary Infant School are part of the St Christopher’s C of E Primary Trust and they are seeking a Senior Pupil Services Officer, to support the Pupil Services Officers currently in post across both schools and provide crucial support to the staff at the schools.   This is a new role for our Trust where pupil services is brought to the forefront, acting as the heartbeat of operational activity.   The role is supported by two Pupil Services Leads and one Pupil Services Manager who lead and support the whole Pupil Services function for the Trust, so there is always someone you can reach out to if you need support.

 You’ll need to have experience of pupil service administration in a school or academy setting and could keep a positive focus when problem solving. You’ll be an excellent communicator whilst being responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including being the local expert in our school systems e.g. SIMS. You’ll be ensuring our pupil services teams give quality administrative support to leaders and teachers in the schools and provide a wonderful welcome to any visitors.
