Hours: 37 hours per week/ 39 weeks per annum
Salary: £19,698 FTE (pro-rated £16,943)

Are you an experienced administrator, passionate about ensuring schools deliver the best service for their pupils, families and staff? Are you ready to lead the administrative function in the school, supporting all the services relating to pupils?
St Peter’s are now looking to recruit an organised, enthusiastic and efficient Senior Administrator (known internally as a Senior Pupil Services Officer) to join their school team.
At St Peter’s Primary there is a real sense of community between the school, the surrounding area and St Peters Church. A strength of our school is its size: we are a small school with currently 160 children on roll, including a nursery. It means we know all our children and families well and can make sure that we do our best to develop their learning in a happy, safe, secure and values -respecting environment. We are a team that prides itself in providing a safe, loving, caring family environment that allows children to thrive during their learning journey.
You’ll be an integral part of our pupil services team providing quality admin support in the school and a wonderful welcome to any visitors. The role will be very busy and varied providing new and interesting challenges on a regular basis. You will deal with queries from parents face to face, on the phone and via email as well as a variety of additional admin tasks, reporting and analysing data and ensuring computerised systems for student records are kept up to date and accurate. If you are an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills, highly organised, adaptable to changing priorities and accurate in planning daily tasks we would love to hear from you
