Meal Time Assistant – St Peter's Church of England Junior School

Salary: SC1 SCP 1 , starting salary £3,442 per annum (£20,258FTE)

Hours:  6.25 per week Monday – Friday

Term Time: 38 weeks

Closing date: Monday 20th February – 12 noon

Start date: As soon as possible

Are you interested in working in school and passionate about ensuring our schools offer safe and enjoyable lunch experience for all pupils? Are you able to positively support the mealtime team, and facilitate lunch time activities?

St Peter’s and St Rumon’s are part of St Christopher’s C of E Primary Trust and are seeking a Meal time assistant. This role is to supervise lunch time activities, support catering staff and work with teaching staff to offer an enjoyable lunch experience for all of our pupils.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a school and be able to keep a positive focus whilst problem solving. You’ll be an excellent communicator whilst being able to complete a variety of tasks. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team to support the mealtime activities and provide a warm, safe experience for pupils.

This position is for 6.25 hours per week – Mon-Friday 38 weeks per year
