Salary: £25,714 - £36,961

Grade: MPS Grade 1 – 6

We are seeking a new staff member for our EYFS class, where high-quality continuous provision for all is at the heart of what we do.

 

St Marychurch CofE Primary and Nursery School is led by a very proud and committed Head Teacher, who has served the school for nearly 25 years. Children are encouraged and given opportunities to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. The staff at St Marychurch CofE Primary and Nursery School strive to attain the very highest standards in Maths and English, whilst encouraging their pupils to become aspirational, responsible, creative and spiritual citizens.

 

Described by Ofsted as (having an) ‘outstanding provision in the Nursery and Reception classes, children enjoy school and make excellent progress in all areas of learning, especially in developing self-confidence’ We are looking for a rigorous practitioner with a creative flare and zest to bring learning to life for all our pupils. You will be experienced and skillful in challenging each pupil, whatever their starting point, using your strong pedagogical practice and philosophy, which underpins your approach to teaching. You will be used to working in positive and proactive ways, as well as collaborating with others, to drive high expectations, supporting the overall school improvement.
