Are you ready to make a difference to individual lives, supporting learning and community? We are looking for a passionate and dedicated After-school club assistant to join our collaborative academy, which is dedicated to developing our great team, centred around humility and respect.
As an After-school club assistant for St Leonard's CofE Primary School, your role will involve working under the direction of your supervisor to provide a caring and secure environment for the pupils who attend the after-school club. You will assist the Manager to develop engaging activities, and work to develop good working relationships with children and parents alike.
St Leonard's CofE Primary School currently has just under 600 pupils, set on a large plot, the school benefits from large open spaces for children to engage with learning outdoors, whilst having plenty of space to enjoy break and lunch times with friends. The school has experienced continued growth and success, and is proud to serve the community with links to the local church and charities. The staff at St Leonard's CofE Primary School are a positive, hard-working team, dedicated to being the ‘best that they can be’.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a calm and patient demeanour, who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all our children. You will have good interpersonal skills and a fun approach to inspiring children’s play.
