Academy Estates Lead - St Christopher's CofE (Primary) Multi Academy Trust

Estates Lead, Torbay or Mid/East Devon

Up to 15hrs pw, 40 weeks a year

£29,636 - £32,029pa (pro-rata £10,553-11,405pa)

 

Are you experienced in School Estates and H&S management, passionate that what you do helps to protect our school communities and enable safe and inspiring learning environments? Ready to step into a new role with a Trust-wide overview?

 

St Christopher’s Trust are looking for an Estates Lead to join the Central Team, working in a new team with 3 other Leads you’ll be supporting our 17 church and community primary schools. Based in Torbay or Mid/East Devon, you’ll be responsible for at least 3 of our academies in the area for all things H&S, building and premises related.

 

You’ll need to have experience in managing contractors, line management of site and premises staff, creating and maintaining a planned programme of maintenance and development of premises. You’ll be responsible for undertaking audits/risk assessments, ensuring our processes do what they need to, with safety at its heart. Having a regional responsibility for estates in Torbay, or Mid/East Devon you’ll get to put your great organisation and communication skills to effective use. Keeping our Christian values at the heart of everything you do, you’ll be comfortable in spotting risk and creating action plans in collaboration with school leaders to enable flourishing communities.
