Would you like to work in a new, purpose built and rapidly expanding primary school in Plymouth’s Ocean City? St Matthew's Cof E Primary & Nursery Academy is seeking to appoint an assistant headteacher to our growing leadership team.

This role will have responsibility for Key Stage 2 initially and a significant aspect of whole school development. Your role will be to support the headteacher in the day to day running of the school and lead a team of Year leaders to improve the quality of teaching, learning and provision within this phase of the school. There will be a small teaching commitment which will reduce as the school grows.

Working as part of St Christopher’s Multi Academy Trust this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future development of our school as we grow to become a three form entry primary school within a new housing development.
